Do you offer design help if I don’t have a logo yet?
Yes! We offer Design Support packages for those who have a vision but need help bringing it to life. Whether you need a simple layout or a full design revision, we can help you get your files print-ready!

How do I request a design change?
If you need an update or a “tweak” to a design we are working on, you can add a Design Support Revision to your order. This covers the additional design time needed to modify your files and get them ready for production.

Do you create products for specific groups or events?
Absolutely. We offer Specialty Bundles tailored for local businesses and events, including:

  • Corporate: Business Merch, Employee & Band Gear
  • Academic: School Groups, Staff, & Athletic Teams
  • Milestones: Family Reunions, Retirements, & Memorials
  • Parties: Bachelor / Bachelorette & Special Occasions
  • Community: Church or Hobby Groups & Personal Projects

    What is the “Simple Upload” service?
    The Simple Upload is our entry-level service for customers who already have their high-quality artwork ready to go. We’ll handle the technical setup and ensure it’s optimized for the product you’ve chosen.

    I’m a local business owner; can you help me set up a merchandise line?
    Yes, that is exactly what we love to do! We can assist with Additional Listing services to help you build out a full catalog of products for your brand or team without the hassle of managing inventory yourself.

    Production & Shipping

    How long will it take to get my order?
    Because we partner with multiple providers to ensure top quality, timeframes vary based on the item and time of year. Generally, you can expect:

    • Production: Typically 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, please allow up to 7–10 business days.
    • Shipping: Usually an additional 6–8 business days depending on your location.
    • Total Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 2 weeks, though we recommend ordering early for special events to account for any seasonal delays.

      Do you offer local pickup in Spokane?
      Since our items are printed on demand and shipped directly from our production partners to your door, we do not currently offer a local pickup option. This allows us to keep our catalog diverse and our overhead low!

      Returns & Cancellations

      Can I cancel or change my order?
      Because each item is custom-made just for you, we can only accept changes or cancellations within a very short window (usually 2 hours) after the order is placed. Once it moves into production, we are unable to stop the process.

      What is your return policy?
      Since products are printed to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a clear print error, please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the issue so that we can make it right!

      Bulk & Special Requests

      Do you offer discounts for large orders?
      Yes! We have specialty bundles and service packages designed for teams, events, and businesses. If you are looking for a bulk order of a specific item, contact us for a custom quote.
