Because our products at Spokane Print Partner are made-to-order and custom-printed, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item with the following information:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A clear photo of the damage or the specific printing error.

Once we verify the issue, we will send out a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Lost in Transit

If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly. If the package is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will work with you to provide a replacement.

Cancellations

Since we begin processing your custom order immediately, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, the production process has likely started and we cannot cancel the order.
