2. Custom Orders & Accuracy
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of any designs or text uploaded for print-on-demand services.
- Print Variations: Please note that slight variations in color or placement may occur during the printing process, which is a standard part of custom manufacturing.
3. Payments
- We accept payments via Square, including Credit Cards and Cash App Pay.
- Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to process orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on local shipping conditions in the Spokane area and beyond.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Custom Items: Because print-on-demand items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there is a printing error.
- Reporting Issues: Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at Designs@SpokanePrintPartner.com if you have any issues with your order.
6. Intellectual Property
You must own the rights to any images you upload for printing. Spokane Print Partner reserves the right to refuse orders that infringe on copyrights or contain prohibited content.
7. Digital Assets & Link Longevity
- Hosted Custom Links: Spokane Print Partner provides customized purchase links as a convenience for clients. These links are hosted on our active design platform and are not intended for permanent long-term storage.
- Link Expiration: While we aim to keep your custom branded links active indefinitely, these links are tied to the active operation of the business. In the event of business dissolution or cessation of operations, these links will eventually expire.
- Client Responsibility: We strongly recommend that clients maintain their own original high-resolution artwork and logo files. Spokane Print Partner is not responsible for the loss of access to branding if a hosted link becomes inactive.
